Smoky Mountain Deer Farm and Exotic Petting Zoo

PLEASE NOTE! A new facility has opened on the same secluded mountain road, with a sign the reads “Exotic Petting Farm.”  This new facility is NOT the one and only Smoky Mountain Deer Farm and Exotic Petting Zoo.  The Smoky Mountain Deer Farm Exotic Petting Zoo is located 1 more mile up the road past their facility. 

Start your vacation at The Smoky Mountain Deer Farm and enjoy an unforgettable experience with some of nature’s most graceful creatures. You’ll do more than just pet the deer at the Deer Farm – you’re invited to walk among them and hand-feed these delicate animals.

You’re invited to get up close and personal with Rocky Mountain elk, hug a baby goat, rub a camel, pet zebra and zonkies, stroke an emu, and scratch Vietnamese pot-bellied pigs.  You’ll also be able to pet AMHA registered mini-horses, as well as their bigger counter-part, the draft horse.  Our friendly reindeer, mini-donkeys, Continental giant rabbits, ostriches, exotic cattle, and more await you and your treats!
