Updated in January as a special tribute to Dolly Parton, this townhome remains a memorial to the late Queen of Country and the incredible legacy she created right here in the Smoky Mountains. Her spirit of kindness, fun, imagination, and making people feel welcome is woven throughout this one-of-a-kind vacation home.

A larger-than-life Dolly greets you as you enter the living room, where comfortable seating invites you to kick back and enjoy your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV.
Gather around the dining table for meals made together in the custom pink kitchen, or turn up the fun with the record player. Spin a Dolly record, bring your own favorite vinyl, and make a few memories along the way. The fully equipped kitchen gives you everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, helping you save a little extra vacation money for Dollywood adventures and those irresistible Smoky Mountain souvenirs.
And speaking of adventures, you can’t beat the location! Dolly’s Dreamhouse is just about 5 minutes from the entrance to Dollywood and Splash Country. You’ll also have convenient access to Pigeon Forge via Veteran’s Boulevard, while nearby Dolly Parton Parkway in Sevierville offers plenty of restaurants, shopping, and a Food City grocery store.
There’s room for up to 7 guests, making this dreamhouse as practical as it is playful. The primary suite features a comfortable king bed and private full bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen-over-queen bunk bed and its own bathroom, complete with an arcade game and a pool table/ping-pong table—making it a favorite spot for kids (and kids at heart)!
