I've stayed in heaven sent multiple times now. I love the cabin and it's location since it's not very far from town.

Our first cabin, the road was a bit narrow and washed out. I called and talked to miss Ashton ( probably misspelled). She moved us to another cabin that was easier to get to. And had it cleaned in time. Also called on Thursday to see about extending ou r stay 1 night. Cody was very helpful and made it happen. Thanks for a wonderful experience. We have stayed probably 5 times with yall and everytime was wonderful.

We've been staying at Heaven Sent almost every visit since 2011. Close to everything and easy to get to. Sometimes it's not available when we get to come to Pigeon Forge but we always use American Patriot Getaways. We've been coming up here for over 40 years now. Our home away from home?" We have stayed at this cabin every year since we found it three years ago. Great location, easy roads, clean, and all around comfy. As long as it is available when we plan on coming every year, this will be the cabin we book. Patriot Getaways never disappo ints!

We have stayed at Heaven Sent probably 6 times over the past 10 years. When we get a chance to come to Pigeon Forge, which has been almost every year for about 40 years, we started booking with American Patriot Getaways almost 20 years ago. We first look for Heaven Sent and it is hard to get it when we would like to come. The location it so close to everything and yet it looks and feels like you are far away from civilization. Thanks guys Hope to see y?all soon?

This cabin was very nice. We originally rented another property and we were not happy with the property. I called and the staff was very friendly and kind. They helped us find another location. Heaven Sent was a clean cabin. Overall a good experience.

We were very pleased with everything. Wish there had been a grill of anykind, we love cooking outdoors but all was beautiful. LOVED the privacy of this cabin. The kids loved that big yard

Great location although directions were not the best. We had a little trouble at first as the landmark given for the turn off the parkway was no late beer there. Otherwise it was wonderful. Cabin was very clean and comfortable!!!

We stay in pigeon forge twice a year. This is the first cabin that we stayed in that felt like home. All the other cabins (different company) have had some sort of issue. This one was perfect. We will hopefully be booking this one again next October. Beau tiful cabin. We were more than satisfied. Great location. Loved the yard as well. Hated having to leave.

Great property in an excellent location. Far enough off the main roads for peace and quiet but close enough to hit just the right restaurants and get to Dollywood. We were able to do everything we wanted without sitting in a lot of traffic.

Heaven Sent is a great cabin and is in an excellent location. We enjoyed our time in Pigeon Forge. Because our cabin was so close to the parkway it made it easy to come back to relax before tackling another activity. Our only complaint is that the lock box was very difficult to open and close. Probably due to much wear and tear. That was frustrating but did not take away from our time we enjoyed there.

We felt "at home" in this cabin and everything we needed was available here. The comfort level was very good and relaxing. The furniture was of good quality and the decorations (pictures and plaques) were appealing. Also, the paperbacks in the library cas e was a neat idea. The only thing that wasn't great was the low number of TV channels available that were actually "movie" type channels. It was also at a very good location with plenty of privacy, easy to get to and near the main road (Parkway). We loved it.

We did not spend too much time at the cabin as we were very busy seeing many of the sights, but the cabin was very nice and well kept. We had plenty of bathrooms and TV's for all ages. Thank you to the staff in assisting us on getting the extra days and making our trip so enjoyable.

Best cabin we have ever stayed in. Only problem, why do you have only a 4 cup coffee maker" I brought 12 cup filters because every cabin we have stayed in had a 12 cup coffee pot. 4 cup is useless.

Amazing cabin! The pictures don't do it justice. It's very private and peaceful! Perfect for a large group or just a family of 4. No mountains either and your only 10 minutes from downtown pigeon forge.

I'm very thankful that i was able to get this cabin. the cabin is very cozy and 8 people can sleep comfortably in it. I recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a valuable stay.

This was probably our 6th time staying at Heaven Sent and we consider it our second home. We been staying with Patriot Getaways for many years now and plan to stay many more. Heaven Sent is conveniently located just 2 miles off the Parkway but it seems lik e you are way out in the mountains. It is so quiet and peaceful and just the perfect place for a couple or family. This was our second trip to Pigeon Forge this year and as my wife and I were celebrating our 37th wedding anniversary, there was no better wa y to spend it then at the Heaven Sent cabin. Thanks Patriot Getaways for making our special day even better!!

We have stayed at Heaven Sent probably 6 or more times. We love the location and always look for it first when we plan on coming to Pigeon Forge. The housekeepers, Donna and Keith, did a great job cleaning before we arrived. We feel like Pigeon Forge and H eaven Sent are our second home. This was our third trip this year to Pigeon Forge and our favorite cabin was available this time. Heaven Sent was appropriately named. This was the first time in three years that our daughter was able to come with us and she just loved staying here. We wer e able to stay here last year and the year before and just loved it. Although the cabin is only 2.3 miles from the parkway, it seems like you are far away from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge. We loved it at Heaven Sent and we will definitely stay h ere again. My wife and I stayed at Heaven Sent last June and it was just as the name says, "Heaven Sent"!!! We booked it again this year and had the nicest time once again. This place was immaculate!! It was a home away from home! I love the quiet surroundings and ea sy access to Pigeon Forge. We recommend Heaven Sent to everyone and we want to thank you for allowing us to stay there.

Our Family had a wonderful stay at Heaven Sent! Though the cabin was smaller in square footage it felt much larger because of the openess in design. It was a great place for our get together and would stay there again.

I thought this property was excellent It was everything I expected it look just the way it did online was very inpress with that. It was comfortable quiet and clean. This was my first experience with a cabin rental and it definitely want be my last my fami ly enjoyed.

My wife and I had the BEST ever visit at our cabin where it was so quiet. We could not have stayed anywhere that would have been any better. We are planning to come back in August and would love to stay at Heaven Sent again. The cabin is well named because it felt like it was "Heaven Sent"!! Thank you for all you have done in being there for us. It was a privilege to have such a nice place to stay while we were in Pigeon Forge. Loved the cabin! And staff was very helpful and friendly both over the phone and when I went to the office to purchase amusement tickets. Will definitely use American Patriot again if we visit TN. Only 1 thing that I found that the cabin was missing, pot h olders :) Thanks again for an awesome stay!
