Trusted writer creates blog content for American Patriot Getaways
J Kyle Foster, award winning writer is a part of American Patriot Getaways
J Kyle has spent her entire career writing about varied topics including local and national news stories, breaking industry-specific business news and financial headlines that regularly affected stock markets. Her work has been featured in some of the most prestigious news publications in the world. She is attuned to writing for business audiences and have interviewed some of the most powerful CEOs in corporate America.
She has won several N.C. Working Press and Kentucky Press Association awards for her writing.
One of the most gratifying accomplishments of her career was winning an open records case in the State Supreme Court of Kentucky (Hardin County Schools v. J. Kyle Foster and The News-Enterprise). The ruling determined that public schools had to release disciplinary records because their release without identifying information could serve the public’s right to information. The legal precedent stands today and helps journalists better inform their local communities.
